What files is better to seed!

According to your experience what kind of files is better that I will download (and therefore will be more popular afterwards in order to seed them and gain ratio).

Newest ones?
Older?
With fewer seeders or many leechers?

In a way what is a clue for you that the file is and will be for sometime "in fashion"  

try moving on sets which contain names of "high rated" ([e]browser) djs... Armin's ASOTs, DJ Paul, Martin Garcia, Markus Schulz, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Deep Dish and so on... of course, try to be the first, who starts leeching, so you'll have the chance to seed to others, who come later... btw, if you want to be REALLY fast, use RSS Í(in the links section).

My personal idea is more practical: stay in front of the computer 12hrs on sunday and as soon as our friend ANTHONY uploads new hernan cattaneo, jump on it ...thats the best way to bring up ur ratio

well, i thought the thread was about how to bring ur ratio up and not about what u like, i dont think any file is snatched as much as the cattaneo's weekly show

that is better, you're right. basically, the best strategy to boost your ratio could be just finding that one highly-wanted torrent, that was just uploaded minutes ago, and jumping right on it. if you get to the beginning of it and it's a good torrent with highly ranked djs, then sure, you can upload 5-10 times the size of that torrent.

the other good strategy would be keep torrents in your client. keep them active until you get rid of mp3s or torrent gets removed from the website.. that will assure at least 5.00+ share ratio for those torrents..

thats ok but i was just discouraged after 2 months seeding 11 files most from top djs and still my upload was 100mb
every now and then i have to empty the hard disc also and move the files to a dvd so..

u should download popular torrents, like armin asot, markus schulz gdjb, david guetta - dancin @ radio, above & beyond - tatw and anthony's uploads : hernan cattaneo, martin garcia and dj paul   grab them as soon as u can and u will have a decent ratio  

First of all it should be fresh and a well known DJ (fresh meaning you can be the forst snatcher and it's better there is only one seeder)

Above & Beyond in Budapest (Video) - U/Led so far - 6.33 gigs
Tiesto - Live at sensation White (VIDEO) - U/Led so far - 2.07 gigs
Digweed & Sasha -Club Space 2006 (Video) - U/Led so far - 1.86 gigs
Armin Live @ Hala (VIDEO) - U/Led so far -1.85 gigs

Do you see a pattern? My best & biggest shares are ALL videos.  I have 51 torrents going and the top 5 are videos by big names.  Why?  Videos tend to be rarer and people are more likley to search for old or new videos of top DJs than they are live sets.  So you will get people d/ling really old Video torrents quite regularly.  

My advice is when you see a video of a big name, d/l it really quickly and seed it forever!!  The videos are months old and people still d/l them, which doesn't happen as often for just music sets.
