it seems that you dowloading and not seeding,maybe you leech old torrents :-)

.Improve you ratio now or later will be VERY VERY hard to do it !

check the screenshot you've posted before... there were 7 (+9) seeders, and you were the only leecher. You were connected for 26 minutes, and 34 seconds. Currently you are not connected, so you don't seed anything. How do you expect your ratio to go up so?

one thing: the only active torrent that contains the word Clamaran and Weekly is: Antoine Clamaran - Weekly Session Radio FG 24-04-2005

it's currently 2 months old, and it's probably on the 10th page, or higher, so not too many people see it, only who looks for especially this torrent, or for Antoine Clamaran. In this case, don't expect to get a leecher in a minute you've finished downloading..

Conclusion: try to download torrents while they are FRESH, and SEED them as long as possible

Actually you're biggest problem might be that you are behind a firewall. If you look at the very bottom of your program you seed a BIG red button (it should be green) (it's located to the left of the DHT indicator). People who are behind firewalls will have a very hard time seeding. You need to look up information on portfowarding see: https://portforward.com/ for more information.

hmmmm my english is not good :( i have livebox - sagem 3202 and he have a firewall....maybe this is problem ?? what ports i must open?

i'm not familiar with your box, but you've to open those the ports on your firewall that you've set in your torrent client...
