GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

  • only ENGLISH language is allowed for any public activities, including comments, forums and shoutbox.
  • do not argue with moderators!
  • do not share anything illegal and/or encourage others to do so!
  • no bad behavior allowed on this tracker (flaming, spamming, cursing, cheating tracker, etc). it is strongly prosecuted with warnings and ip-bans.
  • everyone is required to select their "Country" within 2 weeks of registration.

DOWNLOADING / UPLOADING

  • everyone must comply with the SHARE RATIO RULES!!!
  • the more you download (take), the more you need to give back (upload) to keep your ratio up.
  • everyone must seed torrents for as long as possible. after downloading is finished, keep torrents open in your torrent-client.
  • "hit-and-run" strategy is prosecuted with warnings, download rights revocations and ip-bans.

SHARING NEW TORRENTS

  • only Power Users and higher in status can upload new torrents everyday.
  • to apply for Uploader promotion, a proper candidate has to be at least a Power User and have at least 40 torrents online.
  • new DJs can contact sysop to arrange special permissions for their own mixes to be uploaded and shared.
  • all uploads must have descriptions, play-lists, play-times, flyers, banners, etc.
  • only club-music-scene releases, demo/promo mixes or genuine first-hand recordings, nothing commercial/illegal, no bootlegs allowed.
  • uploaded mixes can be no older than 2 months ago from the moment of upload.
  • all uploaded files must be in their original state and format (usually mp3) with id-tags intact.
  • newly uploaded torrents must be well-seeded for at least first 24 hours before uploaded can stop seeding them.
  • use folders to share more than 1 file per torrent, shows with guests must be shared at multi-file torrents.
  • when a "better" version of a recording is uploaded, "worse" torrents of same events must be removed from the tracker.
  • stay active! if you get the status of an uploader - keep it at high standards, publish new downloads etc.
  • torrents manually removed by staff will result in revocations of uploading rights.

FORUM, COMMENTS & SHOUTBOX GUIDELINES

  • no aggressive behavior or flaming in the forums, comments or shoutbox).
  • no trashing of other peoples' topics or torrents(i.e. spamming). no extensive advertising of local or unrelated resources.
  • no language other than English in the forums, unless otherwise stated in forum description.
  • no systematic foul language (and none at all on titles of forum topics).
  • no links to warez, crack or free mp3 sites in the forums.
  • request special mixes/torrents in dedicated forum section.
  • do not post images larger than 800x600 pixels, and preferably web-optimized.
  • no double posting. if you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the edit function, instead of posting a double.
  • do not cross-post your messages in several forum topics, find one appropriate section and make just one thread.
  • it is best to ask all kinds questions in forums. please read the F.A.Q. and search in forums before asking anything though!

REGULATIONS FOR AVATARS

  • the allowed file formats are .gif, .jpg and .png. no .bmp is allowed.
  • be considerate. resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 20-30Kb.
  • do not use potentially illegal or offensive material (such as porn, extreme nudity, open violence, etc) for your avatars. if in doubt ask a moderator.
