Super-seeding?

Anyone know much about super-seeding?  I've read some stuff on it, but do any "experts" have any suggestions on it?  Is it good to turn on or should it be kept off?

"Super seed mode is most useful for seeds that pay for upload bandwidth by the byte. In that case, super seeding makes sense as it minimizes the costs required to seed a torrent. In other cases, the benefits of super seeding are not so clear."

when ur uploading a large torrent super seeding finds the fastest user in the peer and concentrates on him and he uploads to all the others ...so teh torrent finishes faster

the right answer is... super-seed mode will not tell any connecting clients what parts of the file it has, thus it will push whatever data it wants to push, so clients won't be able to request same parts of the torrent from superseed, this way superseed makes other clients share at maximum, basically superseed mode is best when you are the only seed on a file.
