I hope people are not re-encoding

For anyone who is taking a lower bitrate and re-encoding it to a higher bitrate, do not do it. Re-enoding to a higher bitrate is adding kb's that are not there. So when you take a 128kbps and make it 192kbps or take a 192kbps and make it 256kbps or 320kbps you are adding something which is not there. what I mean is your programs and computer can not make a mp3 file better. If you take a 128kbps file and re-encode it to 192kbps you are actually making it worse than its original 128kbps! . Thanks :yes:

Agreed, we done the live streaming from Club Space for the winter music conference at 128 I did not post the files as the company did not want me too, but I saw someone post the recorded session from our stream and was re-encoded to 192 not good.
