Why Slash, did you think is better that way, don't you think is important and requested for the uploaders?

The buttons are awesome and i am sure you have reasons for their existence, we gonna get use to them.
For uploaders avatars shown up instead their signs (usernames,nicknames e.t.c) i think.......i think i have a lot on my mind but lets see what others will say about it. According to one of my thinks that old way better, now looks a bit messy with these images and animated avatars and is a bit unfear for some reasons, but thats from my point.
I think would be good to think of adding more genres and categories fore more fans and satisfaction for our ears and this my bring us more leechers and you more money :lol:

1. i thought about it for a while, and i truly think it is better to know how long ago torrent was uploaded, then to know how much is left till its death.
2. all you need the upload date-time for is to know when it was uploaded - XX hours ago. torrents are lined up in the order they are uploaded.
3. if you think something was unfair to uploaders, you could discuss it with uploaders in special forums for uploaders. i think it was about 2.5 weeks ago when i first announced in uploaders' forums, that i was working on this stuff, whoever wanted to - had there say.
4. i am going to enhance 'avatar-ish' display of uploaders into something very very interesting. later. maybe in a few months.. as for right now - you can get an avatar that will represent you and you only, if you're worried that users will not know who uploaded torrents, - stick out, you're given a very perfect way to do it.. again, if you want to enjoy seeing your nickname there on the torrents page - set up 'no avatars' option in profile.

It's my fault I didn't tell the community that I study Astronomy and that's why I need more accuracy! :-D

Sooo... in this case we can use one column for date released/age like rating/bitrate, what do you think? :yes:

the thing i like to do least is roll back to what was before i've changed something... i do not see any good arguments.. astronomy and exact times of uploads have nothing in common. the 'about-time' of upload can be easily calculated by looking up to see what time is now on the website, and then subtracting torrent's age from that time. gives you an answer with +/-1hr. if you need to know more - click the torrent name.

Astronomy is exact science ;-)

The idea is a few less clicks, but to see the time released we have to click on the torrent name :-)

come on you are talking about losing your effort on one click and few seconds ;-)

and also you will save a lot of time by this new icon , so if you feel the urge to know the time the torrent uploaded at just don't save time at this action just spend more seconds on it , instead of those seconds you've saved to get the torrent

dude... "ambiguous".. do you know this word? and also please make sure you differ "release date" and "upload date/time (better, 'added time')", - those are two completely different things. so... age = slim, short & sexy piece of info, while the time it was actually added to the website is ambiguous, because it shows about 10-15 times more characters/symbols.

ps. but if there are people insisting (more than 1-2), i can make it an option in the profile - either age or add-date.

Yep, I know you've understood me that I've meant 'time added'... I think now people don't care about this change, but they will do later :-)

I rather like it like this with the new buttons,makes things easier and quicker,(although I have lots of RAM),I know my fav uploaders by avatar,so finding my regular ones is easy.Also I am happy that there is a Bookmark function included again.

The info about time (when was torrent uploaded) its very nice.But the yellow buttons i dont like em pretty much.I think that slash should change those buttons with some new ones wich can be more visible and clear. :-/

Like it. The site is a little bit slower, but is worth having them. Can dl a lot of torrents much quicker. Just clicking on the button. I dont like the pics instead of uploader name, i must scroll the mouse to the pic everytime to see who is the uploader.
