there is. through outlook select "text only" for the yellow-size. if you want even less bw use - select "no avatars" same in outlook.

It's done...
But I've actually meant that when users log on, some sites display 'If you do not wish to wait click here'

i do not know what do you mean, geoge... i mean, i do know, i've seen "if you don't want to wait - click here", but tribalmixes doesn't do such things. all pages load asap, depending only on server load. longer in day time, faster in night time (gmt00). so which page takes too long to load?
mainly the torrent page but it's not that bad at all, some times it's super fast and some times it's kinda sux.
yeah, i agree with willy, we don`t need such button
After logging on... And, I agree with Willy, the torrents page is loading blazing fast almost always, but sometimes - too slowly. Otherwise all other pages are 10 out of 10
P.S. It would be great if we see again when the torrent is put, I mean, the date and the time

Well buddy I didn't say we don't need such buttons, actually they are really helping over here, but for my self the torrent page even before the new design is going slowly but this is due to bandwidth and also depends on how many users are on the website surfing.

one of the main ideas was to get rid of two columns - upload date and time to live with one simple one - age. i think it's much better - 1 column with 1 simple number, than having 2 of them with long and big numbers...

it's all together here, copying from the news section... just now i've had some design changes and just a few nice things incorporated and tested and opened to public use. yes, it is my favorite topic - THE YELLOW BUTTONS... =) cannot stop playing with them, and this idea has been in the air for quite a while, finally it summed up into something complete and more to that - finished now. again, if you see any bugs, please report them to me, otherwise i'm hoping this new thing will help us alot in the means of time saving. so far 3 main features have been introduced: 1) on torrents page, 2) on torrent details page, 3) reinvented bookmarks, 4) best torrent of the week..
"one" gives us 4 buttons: torrent, comment, un/bookmark, details (for less crowding they are invisible); "two" brings several more, mainly navigational, "three" is reintroduced in the narrow sense here as bookmarks for torrents only (later will be expanded to allow bookmarking forums, ebrowser and other info). torrents page was changed in some other ways as well: date shared + ttl columns were changed for "age" of the torrent, name of the uploader is changed with their avatars, so please, my friends: set up your personal avatars, if you're going to upload torrents. and finally, "four" means simply this: every week users can vote for 1 special torrent they've loved the most this given week (don't need to have it snatched; can vote for same torrent over and over), and on sunday midnight into monday all votes will be processed and the Best Torrent of the Week will be pronounced. i won't be posting all the pictures/icons here now, but anyone can see complete legend here.
also wanted to note, i've tested all this stuff in latest firefox, latest internet explorer, latest safari and latest opera. best results shown by ff and ie - 100% correct, safari and opera - 90% good, i'd say, cause both leave trail more or less from time to time, and do leave trail of text links, safari is worse with text links in torrents.

i want date and time too i think it makes it easier for us to know that detail not looking else for it.
Why Slash, did you think is better that way, don't you think is important and requested for the uploaders?
I know we still know in other way now but before was right at the front of your eyes..
The buttons are awesome and i am sure you have reasons for their existence, we gonna get use to them.
For uploaders avatars shown up instead their signs (usernames, nicknames e.t.c) i think.......i think i have a lot on my mind but lets see what others will say about it. According to one of my thinks that old way better, now looks a bit messy with these images and animated avatars and is a bit unfear for some reasons, but thats from my point.
I think would be good to think of adding more genres and categories fore more fans and satisfaction for our ears and this my bring us more leechers and you more money, do this side to changes..
