my ratio is good but my rights are revoked... how come?, page 1

hello,   i've been having problems with my ratio for some time now.  since like december of last year, i haven't been able to download anything.  My ratio is supposed to be higher than 0.5.  At this moment its 0.505, and it tells me that my rights are revoked although my ratio is good.  

Why is this happening?  What can i do?

The system is locking you out until you have a .525 ratio. Click on your account information and you will see this:
Share Ratio: 0.505 greater than 0.500 minimum (warning will be removed @ 0.525)
(Anyone can see this when they click on your name, like I did.)
If you don't have a file to seed download a ratio free one.
