Help please, I am 100% connectable thru a DMZ Port forward, yet for some reason, I am unable to connect to peers who are seeding new torrents, any ideas on how to fix this?

I have this issue and I didn't found any solution, I'm using qbittorrent and bitdefender antivirus.
ipv6 - wifi connection
firewall is not started on rooter, on antivirus I add qbittorrent to allow everything
I checked with netstat option and I see tribalmixes tring to connect on 2 ports and what is see is - time_wait
Anyone has a solution for this?
