yes yes yes  i don't need chemo  :thumbsup:  it really is fantantic news , im so happy now words can't even describe how im feeling , even better news is my survival rate is 97% ,my oncologist this morning said it was the highest rate they've seen in a long long time and told me don't even bother to address the remaining 3%,he said you'll be with us for at least another 50/60 years  :-)they are all jumping for joy for me :)  i start taking tamoxefin today for 5 years and i have to go back soon for a measure up for radiotherapy which i will be starting before Christmas but no worries things are moving so great for me i don't mind , i have to have tiny dots tattooed on me so they know where to give the rads but i can have them removed after treatment ,  it's time to celebrate this really is the best news ever  :thumbsup:  :thumbsup:  :thumbsup:

I really dont find a proper way to express my happiness for you, Mel .. congrats :) .. being with no chemo is the best thing i heared since this issue started .. do you remember what I told you in the very first days :) ?

wicked news Mel, Tamoxifen is a really effective drug, i work in a pharmaceutical lab and worked on a study testing Tamoxifen for over 2 years. Really glad to hear you're gonna be ok, party on!!!  :thumbsup:  :thumbsup:  :thumbsup:

gwende....nothing could make more sad then reading this......i hope u know this is not just a site where ppl get music from....we are all a family....as u said ull get thro this with ur family and we are a  part of that family too.....the only thing that makes me happy is that u caught the disease at an early stage so thats a good sign....but god willing.....ull get thro this and we are all with u...and ill have a dace for u  :-)  Love from all of us and god bless u....cant wait till u get back with the good new.

MY WISHES CAME TRUE IN 5 MIN.....that was really fast :-D .....im so happy for gwende....tribalmixes wouldnt have been complete with out u......so is it completely out of ur body or u still have to do an operation?

hey i wrote to Lisa Lashes asking her if she had done any events for Breast cancer , here's her reply :)

Hi Mel, what I do for the foundation, where possible, is give a percentage from any Lashed nights that I do.. I also play at there fund raising nights for free and the money goes into the foundation..
It will be alot of hard work to organise such a big scale fund raiser but, as you know, its definatly worth it to bring awareness to people.

Good luck with your project and fingers crossed everything will work out fine for you..
